Refund to bank
- Money leaves the wallet only as a refund to your verified business bank account in your KYB name. There are no transfers to other accounts.
- Your first refund, and any refund over ₦50,000, waits for KudiVend approval.
- Steps: requested, awaiting approval, approved, processing, paid. A bank can return a refund; it can also fail or be cancelled, and the money comes back to this wallet.
- Locked for 72 hours after a PIN reset or new-device sign-in.

Held deposits
Deposits from a sender name that doesn't match yours are held while we review them; we may ask for proof. A deposit that would take you past your balance limit is held as held_over_limit and released into the wallet as room frees up, for up to 7 days, then returned to the sender minus the funding fee.
Statement
Pending orders show as On hold until they settle. Exports over 10,000 rows are emailed to you.
