Every fee KudiVend charges, in one place. Product prices are shown in the app before you pay; the fees below are added only where listed.

Wallet
Fund by bank transfer to your own KudiVend account number.

| Funding fee | ₦50 per transfer | Charged by our payment partner on each incoming transfer and passed through to you. Shown on the wallet credit. |
| Guest checkout fee | ₦100 per order | When you buy without an account on kudivend.com or a storefront. Shown as "Checkout fee" before you pay. Refunded in full if the order fails. |
| Guest wrong-amount refund | ₦50 per refund | Deducted when a guest payment is refunded because it was less than the total, arrived more than 5 minutes after the 30-minute window, or was sent twice. Refunds of ₦50 or less are not sent back. Overpayments are refunded in full. |
| Bank stamp duty | ₦50 | May be deducted by the banks on transfers of ₦10,000 or more. It is a government levy, not a KudiVend fee. |
| Refund to bank | ₦50 per refund | When you move your balance back to your own verified bank account. See the Refund policy. |
| Over-limit deposit returned | Funding fee only | Money held over your balance limit for 7 days is returned to the sender minus the funding fee. |
| Account, PIN reset, KYC | Free | No sign-up, monthly or verification fee for retail or reseller accounts. |

Prices can change without notice. If a price changes before you pay, we ask you to confirm the new one.
Resellers and API
Any tier 1 account can switch to a reseller account in Settings. Your price tier is set by your sales volume over the last 30 days and updates automatically. API access has no fee beyond product prices; live keys need business verification.

White-label plans
Billed on the 1st of each month from your withdrawable earnings. The first month is prorated and paid from your KudiVend wallet when you launch. Plan changes apply from the next billing date.
